As booker and host of Golden Hill Concert Series for the past four years, I know that it's not enough to hire performers who are talented and/or well known.  Artists need to also have a friendly, positive attitude and an ability to truly bond with their audiences. They need to be punctual, and somewhat often, they must adapt to unexpected situations beyond anyone's control. And they must be able to have fun with it all!
