Directions to Golden Hill Concert Series from the Atlanta or Gainesville areas (Gainesville folk begin with the third step below).

Take 1-85 North toward Greenville.

Take I-985 North (to the left) when it diverges from I-85.

Take I-985 North to Mile Post #40.  (The four-lane interstate becomes Hwy. 365, but there are no confusing turns.)

As you approach Mile Post #40, simply look up and to the right for Smithville Village atop the hillock there.  You may take either the right hand turn just before reaching Smithville, or the one just after passing it... all roads lead home, as they say.

Directions to Golden Hill Concert Series from the  Cornelia/Baldwin area

Take four-lane Hwy. 365 South toward Gainesville/Atlanta.

It's only a few miles to Smithville Village, so when you quickly pass Wilbank Road (near Mile Post #41), prepare to take the very next left turn lane.

A short distance past Wilbank Road, and just before coming to Mile Post #40, turn left, climb the short hill, and congratulate yourself, for you have arrived with considerable grace and style.

Directions to Golden Hill Concert Series from Athens and Commerce areas

Take US 441 North to Hwy. 15 (Level Grove Road) in Cornelia.

Turn left onto Level Grove Road for less than one mile, and watch for four-lane Hwy. 365.

Turn left onto Hwy. 365 South and watch for Mile Post #41 and Wilbank Road just a few miles later.

After passing Wilbank Road, get into the turn lane for the very next left turn, but be careful to yield to the oncoming, northbound traffic when you scoot across those lanes.

Drive up to the hilltop, turn right, and smile... because you are in the right place at the right time for the right reason.  Welcome to Golden Hill Concert Series and Smithville Village!

Directions to Golden Hill Concert Series from the Cleveland and Helen areas

Take Duncan Bridge Road South (Hwy. 384) to its intersection with four-lane Hwy. 365.

Turn right onto Hwy. 365 South, then watch for Mile Post #41 and Wilbank Road, both of which come up soon.

Just past Wilbank Road, get into the next left turn lane (it comes up immediately before reaching Mile Post #40), and take care in yielding to northbound traffic (there's no traffic light there).

Climb the short hill, turn right into Smithville Village, and make yourself known... welcome to Smithville and Golden Hill!
