Greetings from Dusk,

I trust that you'll enjoy checking out these highly recommended, music-oriented web sites...

  • Fiddlin' Around - The Journal of American Roots Music.  Excellent weekly Ezine with free subscription and no strings attached (well, none except those of certain instruments, that is!).  Publisher Steve Robertson is a tireless supporter of meaningful music in general, and of Americana in particular.

  • Mickey Newbury - Darned near everyone seems to have recorded his songs - B.B. King, Dolly Parton, Dread Zeppelin, Ray Charles, The Grateful Dead, Elvis, and 150 other stars - and a lot of 'em made #1 hits off his work, but I'd rather hear just one of his masterpieces sung by Mickey himself than to own all 600+ chartbusting cover tunes sung by all the others.  I declare that the late Mickey Newbury was among the most gifted recording artists of our time... do yourself a memorable favor and visit this tasteful site today.

  • CD Baby - The first, the largest, the friendliest, and the all-around best online source of recordings by independent artists of every genre.  Also a company that conducts business in an admirable fashion... this world will be a much better place when other firms embrace CD Baby's inspiring principles.

  • PS Audio - Quality, High-end Audio/Video at Affordable Prices.  Their equipment is US-made, and did you know that quality American gear is recognized worldwide as among the best?  Yes, Japanese executives of audio/video companies typically come to the U.S. to buy their personal audio/video equipment!

  • Sautee-Nacoochee Community Association - Home of Evening Star Music Series of NE Georgia, a "sister" venue to the Golden Hill Concert Series that I host.  These fine folks helped me set up our series in late 2000.
